I am a counseling psychologist with a Ph.D in Human Values and Soft Skills in Higher Education, where I explored how humanistic psychology and Ashtanga Yoga can be integrated into holistic personal development.

I am also a certified Art of Living teacher, bringing the transformative power of breath, mindfulness, and inner inquiry into every session.
